[ARCHIVED] County Announces New eBike Pilot Program

For now, only Class 1 eBikes will be allowed on the two trails. Class 1 eBikes "are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and have a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph." The Parks and Open Space Department will be monitoring eBike use on the two trails in an effort to address safety issues. To learn more, please read the article in the Telluride Daily Planet.
