Who can I reach out to for mental health concerns?

The Center for Mental Health understands our community is struggling during the COVID-19 outbreak and they have a Support Line available for people to call. According to their website, "The Center Support Line is a free, 24-hour call line for you to connect with our caring staff when you need a listening ear. Our staff are here to listen to you and help you during this tough time. Each of us occasionally needs to talk, to break away from the isolation, and to express our emotions in a healthy, non-judgmental, and confidential manner. Let us support you during this difficult time."
